    A health coach helps you design a health and wellness plan that works for you. Together, you'll introduce healthy habits and a sustainable plan that will keep you on track. Mila can help you uncover the cause of symptoms and offer support and guidance so you can heal and make lasting food and lifestyle changes. ​ She'll empower you to become an expert on yourself! To recognise what you need and how to achieve it by listening to your body's needs and taking the necessary steps.

    + You'll receive a simple, customised game plan which includes weekly + daily action steps and the necessary tips, tools and resources that serve your ultimate goals. + You'll receive a recap email after each session with notes, action steps and tips you discussed. + You'll have text and email support in between sessions (during office hours). + You'll receive accountability, support and loads of motivation and inspiration. More so, you'll gain a friend who will walk with you along this journey. + Mila will hold a safe space for you to share your thoughts and explore your inner world. All your discussions are confidential and judgement-free. + You'll discover how to stop making food and lifestyle choices driven by bad habits, cravings, diet culture, stress, doubts or convenience and start making intentional and optimal food and lifestyle choices that benefit your body and mind, your goals and your life. + You'll be empowered with the knowledge, confidence, tools and strategies to continue to create the life you want and deserve.
  • How does it work?
    Schedule a FREE 30 Minute Introduction Call with Mila. During the call, you'll discuss your goals and/or health concerns and what you hope to achieve from working with Mila. She will provide recommendations and offers based on your individualised needs and requirements. You can decide the length of the program and what works best for your budget and lifestyle. Your sessions will focus on your health and nutrition goals as well as uncovering the cause of any symptoms, concerns or areas of your life that are holding you back. Mila will provide you with simple and realistic weekly and/or daily action steps that serve your ultimate goals during each session. Sessions will be completely customised and adapted based on your needs and goals, depending on what's coming up for you, where you're at in the moment, and how Mila can best support and guide you through the process. During the program, you'll have already achieved some incredible things. You'll have invested in yourself, learned new things, and introduced healthy habits that benefit your body, mind, and your life!
  • What is holistic health?
    Holistic health is an approach to wellness that considers the whole person, including their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
