What is a 


A Health Coach also focuses on other areas of your life that impacts your health just as much as the food you eat, such as your relationships, career, spirituality, physical activity and environment.

We fall. We break. We fail. BUT THEN. We rise. We heal. We overcome.


  • You experience digestive issues like bloating, gas, heart burn, diarrhea or constipation, etc.

  • You experience any menstrual cycle problems like PMS, breast tenderness or cysts, severe cramps, moodiness or meltdowns, irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility challenges, etc. 

  • You feel overwhelmed by home cooking, supermarkets or eating out.

  • You don't know what to feed yourself or your family.

  • You often feel tired and struggle to focus and rely on coffee or sugar to get you through the day.

  • You often feel stressed or anxious.

  • You struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep or you wake up feeling tired.

  • You struggle to lose or gain weight.

  • You often get ill or feel unwell (colds, yeast infections, headaches, etc.)​

Once you get in touch I'll send you a Health History Form to fill out. We'll schedule a FREE 30min introductory call to discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve from working with me.



After our meeting I'll follow up with my recommendations and offers based on your individualised needs and requirements. We'll then finalise the program agreement, your investment and schedule.

Our first session will focus on the goals you've set out and we'll uncover which areas of your life are holding you back from living the healthy happy life you want. 



The following sessions will be completely customized and adapted based on your needs and goals. Depending on what’s coming up for you, where you’re at in the moment, and how I can best support and guide you through the process. 

During the process you will have already accomplished some incredible things. You’ll have invested in yourself, learned new things, and introduced healthy habits that benefit your body, mind, and your life.


When you declare

 I'll provide you with a simple, completely customized game-plan which includes weekly + daily action steps and the necessary tips, tools + resources that serve your ultimate goals.


You’ll receive a recap email after each session with notes, action steps and tips we discussed.


You'll have text and email support in between sessions

(during office hours).


You'll receive accountability, support and loads of motivation and inspiration. More so, you'll gain a friend who will walk with you along this journey.


I'll hold a safe space for you to share your thoughts and explore your inner world. All our discussions are confidential and judgement-free.
