WHAT IS A HEALTH COACH?

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps clients feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals.

 

Health Coaches also emphasize holistic health beyond the plate by focusing on areas of our life that impact our health just as much as the food you eat, such as your relationships, career, spirituality, physical activity and environment

  • ​you  often feel bloated or gassy, experience heart burn, or have diarrhea or constipation

  • you experience ANY of these symptoms / PMS, breast tenderness or cysts, severe cramps, moodiness or meltdowns, irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, PCOS, Endometriosis, Fertility Challenges, etc

  • you get hot flashes or night sweats 

  • you have a low sex drive or experience painful sex

  • you're lacking energy, mental focus and depending on cofee or sugar to get through the day

  • if you're feeling overwhelmed by home cooking, at the supermarkets or eating out

  • it feels impossible to figure out what to feed yourslef and your family

  • you're constantly stressed out or feeling anxious

  • you're tired of trying different diets and dream of having a healthy relationship with food

  • you have difficulty losing weight

  • you're frequently ill (colds, yeast infections, etc)

I offer 4 week, 3 month or 6 month Coaching Plans. All sessions are 50 minutes,

scheduled weekly or bi-weekly via phone, zoom or in person.
